Who We Are

Hatten Education center is the education institution offers an extensive training program ranging from Basic Wine Knowledge, Wine Appreciation, Wine and Food Pairing, Sommelier Programs, Restaurant Management Tools, Wine List Efficiency Management and Development, and an International Certificate in Wine Knowledge from the prestigious WSET (Wine & Spirit Educational Trust) from the UK.

These programs are best suited for people with interest in wine, professionals working in the food and beverage industry, practitioners in the hospitality industry, students of tourism, hospitality and culinary, as well as entrepreneurs involved in wine distribution and services.

Our class program is recognised by the international wine education body the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET and WSET Awards). WSET is an awarding body and registered charity devoted to the development and delivery of qualifications and courses in wines and spirits. Established in 1969 for the UK wine trade, WSET has since grown to become the global industry leader. WSET qualifications are available through a network of over 700 Approved Programme Providers (APPs) working in over 74 countries and more than 15 languages.


Our Facilities

Our main classroom is in Hatten Wines Building located at the Jl. By Pass Ngurah Rai No. 393, Sanur, Bali.
We have 4 classrooms with the capacity from 14 to 50 person.
However not to limit our self our scope or work is within the Indonesia, with certain number of participants any program could be run as per requested.

International Certification Program

The international certification programs qualifications are globally recognized as the international standard in wine and spirit knowledge. They are designed for those who are just starting out in their careers, as well as established professionals, and the many enthusiasts who have a passion for wines and spirits. Available with three method of learning: Offline, Online and Hybrid class, design to meet your preferences to study.

WSET Level 1: Award in Wine

A beginner level introduction to wine suitable for those starting a wine career or pursuing an interest in wine.

WSET Level 2: Award in Wine

A beginner-to intermediate-level qualification exploring wines, suitable for industry professionals and wine enthusiasts.

Level 1: Barossa Enthusiast

Successful completion the two hour introductory course, awards students with the title of Barossa Enthusiast and entitles them to continue to further levels of the program.

WSET Level 1: Award in Spirit

A beginner level introduction to spirits for those starting a career in the industry or pursuing an interest in spirits.

WSET Level 2: Award in Spirit

A beginner to intermediate level qualification exploring spirits and liqueurs for those working in the industry or spirits enthusiasts.
